La Perouse Interiors provides full service interior and exterior design, exterior paint design, unit specifications, graphic design and more for new developments or renovations for residential and commercial clientele including multifamily industries.
With an innate understanding of operations, Laura routinely demonstrates her ability to communicate and work well with on-site teams, management and executives as well as construction personnel.
Her experience and design aesthetic allow her to identify design elements that transform building interiors, exteriors, offices, models and amenity areas that enhance the asset and appeal to the desired profile or brand, while utilizing cost-effective, clever design elements.
She is vigilant in delivering projects that are on time and on budget. She acknowledges that each project is different and with its own challenges, but believes that with teamwork, communication and organization, workflow can stay in sync and the desired result can be achieved.
Laura understands project management, including construction services related to redesign, from the ground up and provides clients with appropriate bids, clearly stated contracts, defined delivery and finish schedules.

For as long as I can remember, I have appreciated beautiful spaces and environments. I am fortunate to have beeen born and raised on beautiful Long Island, NY, and live now with my husband in the hamlet of Shorewood Hills in Centerport.
My design esthetics have evolved through my love and appreciation of the outdoors and
travel. I love translating this into my designs including interesting and unique textiles, finishes and textures, well-placed lighting and accessories, and eye-popping art.
I believe that visual interest lies in the layers. Every space has artistic layers that portray a room’s story, brings a soulful presence to the space and this draws the viewer in. I enjoy the process of those layers and how it evolves and reveals itself.
I thrive on the challenge of delivering more than just a pretty picture. My focus with each project, is to evoke an immersive journey.
